We were house hunting for months on end trying to find the perfect property. Throughout this process we used Gemma Thackery who was amazing. She is a true credit to Alan Cooper Estate Agents. She was always available to answer our phone and was such a pleasant person to speak to. If she was ever unavailable, she would call back straight away.

She was highly organised and proficient. She understood our needs and delivered. If every person involved in ahouse purchase was like Gemma, it would be the most stress-free and lovely experience ever!

We did not end up buying with Alan Cooper. This was at no fault of their own. It was purely down to our dream property being advertised elsewhere. But if I was to ever sell, Gemma would be the one I want to promote it.

From start to finish Alan Coopers were great. The pictures & Video supplied on line were perfect & helped massively to sell our home.
Charlotte & the team were always on hand for any questions and certainly came into their own when we had issues with our buyer. I will continue to use Alan Coopers in the future & highly recommend them to everyone
